What Amenities Do the 2nd Story and Main Floor offer?
– Each space is outfitted with residential appliances (stove/oven combo, refrigerator, microwaves)

Does the Nicholasville Town Center allow alcohol?
– The Nicholasville Town Center is alcohol, tobacco, and vape free

What reservation options are available via the Nicholasville Town Center?
  – The Nicholasville Town Center offers hourly rentals and “day rate” options
– Weekday prices run a discount from Weekend rates  (Friday – Sunday)

What is the “Day Rate”?
– When reserving The 2nd Story, The Main Floor, or the Whole Building for a “day” you receive the space for 12 hours, but pay for the equivalent of 10 hours

Do reservations require a deposit?
  – The Nicholasville Town Center does not function using a traditional deposit. Reservations are “locked-in” via a non-refundable holding fee

How does setup and cleanup  work?
– All setup and clean up must be included in the reservation time requested. No additional time will be provided for setup and cleanup outside of the reservation request initially submitted. If more time will be needed for setup and cleanup, email us at reservations@nicholasvilletowncenter.com to request the additional time. If the additional time is available, a new invoice will be sent to complete the payment for the extra time.

What is the cancellation policy?
– As soon as you are aware of the need to cancel, communicate that to us via phone/email. A refund will be issued for any payment made minus the non-refundable holding fee.

What if your passcode isn’t working?
  – First, be sure you have the correct five digit code
– Second, make certain that you are not trying to enter the space prior to the reservation time.
*Note* all reservations are given a 10 minute entry buffer time, so if you attempt to enter prior to that time the passcode will not work
– Third, be sure to press the red logo (circle) button on the keypad to submit the passcode
– Fourth, if issues continue reach out via text/phone/email for assistance

What to do with trash?
– As is listed on the info sheets and the “As-You-Go Checklist” email sent out with your passcode the week of the event, ALL trash must be taken and disposed of by the host.
