THE MAIN FLOOR - INFO SHEET

Things You Need to Know:

Tables:
- 8 square tables (30″ x 30″)
- 4 rectangular tables (48″ x 30″)
- These are cafe style tables that we have fitted with wheels for easy rearranging
Chairs:
- 33 wood grain cafe chairs
- 35 white folding chairs – found in the left closet against the back wall
Kitchen:
- Oven/Stove
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Microwave (x2)
- Coffee Pots (x2)
- Percolators (x2)
- Three-Piece Commercial sink
Plug-and-Play Audio/Video:
- Along the Maple Street wall you will find an A/V cabinet with a tower speaker on top. Make sure the power strip attached to the back of the cabinet is on (a green light will illuminate from the power strip).
- On the side of the cabinet you will find three cords:
  - HDMI (for audio/video from a laptop)
  - Lightning cable (for iPhones)
  - Auxiliary cable (for headphone jacks on laptops, phones, tablets, etc.)
- Video
  - After plugging in the HDMI to your laptop, find the Roku remote on the top of the cabinet.
  - Power on the TVs you wish to use. For the large TV above the stage, select the the “computer” input method. For the two smaller TVs select the “HDMI 1” on the smaller two TVs to have the appropriate feed.
  - If using audio with your video, make sure the large TV volume is turned on, being sure not to exceed 25. Then simply control the video volume from your laptop.
- Audio
  - After having selected the appropriate cord for your device, simply control the volume from your device. The sound system in the space is already set to accommodate a certain level suited for most occasions. You will hear the audio coming from the tower speaker and the house speakers throughout the space.
Cleaning/Trash:
- In the chance you need cleaning supplies during your reservation you can find these in the right closet along the back wall of the space. Items include:
  - Broom/dustpan
  - Swiffer/Spray mop
  - Dry mop
  - Traditional mop
- At this time, all trash must be taken with you and disposed of offsite and can liners replaced as you leave
Miscellaneous
- The Main Floor’s primary lights are controlled from the switch panel on the stage wall. There is another switch between the Main Street facing doors which turns on the hanging lights above eave large window, as well as, lights in the bathroom hallway.
- There are overhead lights for the prep space found to the left as you enter the prep space. The kitchen lights are controlled by the switch next to the doorframe of the kitchen in the prep space.
- The Main Floor has two thermostats beneath the small TV on the Main Street facing wall. You are encouraged to use these for your event, but we ask that you adjust them back when you leave.
  - Note – be sure NOT to change any preprogrammed schedules on either of the thermostats
- Be sure to bring any items or utensils you will need if making/serving food and take them with you when you leave the space. Any food left behind in the refrigerator will be disposed of in the timely manner.

As-You-Go Checklist:

As you prepare to leave the space, we ask that you:

Reorient the tables to the way you found them upon arrival (a couple quick photos as you arrive are helpful)
Clean up any messes or spills using items located in the utility closet (right door along back wall)
Take all trash bags with you as you go, replacing with new liners (trash can liners are found in the kitchen on the shelves of the large countertop between the stove and refrigerator)
Turn out all lights (bathrooms, kitchen/prep space, main gathering space)
Make sure that no water has been left running (sinks, toilets, etc.)
Lock the Main Street door next to the bar-top from the inside
To lock the Main Street door nearest the Main & Maple intersection, using the same keypad as entry, make sure the door is fully closed and simply press the red logo button
