A Place For Central Kentucky To Call Home
The Nicholasville Town Center is a multi-purpose resource space for the local community. Located in the heart of Nicholasville, Shadowland Community Church wanted to find a way to bring people together. Instead of creating an event, the leadership prayed and felt it wasn’t the “what” needed, but the “where”. It was at this realization that the idea of The Nicholasville Town Center was born. The purpose of the NTC is to bless the community of Jessamine County in ways that the community is inspired to gather together.

We had an excellent experience hosting my graduation party at this venue. The space itself is very spacious, clean, and exceptionally well maintained, which made it easy to host and move around comfortably. The kitchen was a huge plus and served as a great workspace throughout the event.
Parking was a bit challenging, and one of our cars was unfortunately hit; however, that comes with the territory of being in the heart of a beautiful downtown area and wasn’t a reflection of the venue itself.
What truly stood out was the professionalism and kindness of the venue owners. They handled a booking issue with grace and went above and beyond by compensating us with additional time in the space, which made a big difference and was incredibly appreciated.
Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this venue and would not hesitate to book again.

We rented the 2nd floor for my daughter's Birthday party. The space was lovely, well lit and cozy. The kitchen was perfect for the food set up and there were plenty of tables and chairs. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Wonderful central location looking out over Nicholasville's cute downtown streets. I had some questions prior to the event that were answered promptly and the directions for entering the building were clear and worked perfectly. Our only issue was with the TVs. We did finally get one to turn on and were able to use it, but we tried several others with no luck. All in all though, well worth the money with the management facilitating a very organized, uncomplicated experience, allowing my daughter to have a great Birthday with her friends and family.

What a wonderful space! I hosted my daughters hot cocoa party and had approximately 25 children and parents. The space was clean, lightly decorated for the holiday, and had plenty of tables and chairs. The use of the kitchen is fantastic and you can’t beat the rental price!

This is my second year in a row booking for my son’s birthday, not only do I love this area but we always receive so many compliments on how nice and comfortable the space is. Will continue to use them as an event space!

a wonderful place for hosting events! my best friend got her dream baby shower with plenty of room to mingle, eat, and enjoy time with family and friends. plus at an excellent price. The only negative worth mentioning is parking can be difficult for a larger event. street parking and other lots blocks away are the only options but none of our guests had any issues! it isn’t a big enough negative to take away from the score due to it being absolutely amazing with a functioning kitchen!

I happened to find Nicholasville Town Center last year for our family Christmas dinner. Everyone enjoyed the place and had a good time. It was so nice that we decided to rent the upstairs again this year. The space has plenty of room for a large crowd and the kitchen is so handy to have available. Having the huge table in the kitchen was very convenient. The facility was very clean. I was pleased with the place except for having to take our trash with us when we left. It would be nice if there was a trash receptacle on the premises. Hopefully Town Center will continue to be available for rent in the future because it is a unique building and a nice space

I love hosting gatherings at the Nicholasville Town Center. The reactions of first timers always includes, "What a great space. This is so cool." It is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with a variety of event types in mind. Every room has easy to use, state of the art A/V, and even the full kitchen is ready for anything from a family gathering to a boardroom meeting. Our half-day mini retreat participants enjoyed moving from the living room environment where we got to know one another better to meeting around the table when it was time to be more productivity-oriented. I can't imagine a better place to meet and better people to work with.

We hosted my daughter’s first baby shower there. We reserved a window time for 2-3 hours. It was a joint baby shower, so families came from both sides. Men, women, and children. The space (2nd floor) was absolutely beautiful and accommodating for everyone including smaller children. Right at the top of the stairs was a built in baby gate that latched onto the wall to keep littles from falling down the steps. That was my first impression I got when arriving, I was not disappointed and was very grateful for the owners to accommodate us with that in mind. I spoke with Cy in email text and over the phone and each time was very helpful and was also very easy to get a hold of like I needed the day of our event. I needed extra time unexpectedly and he allowed us that and much more, this event space was clean, convenient and comfortable for every guest. I would host every future event we do here and I would suggest it to others as well. Pictures below do not do this space justice! The brick wall and the hardwood floors were my favorite part of the space!

Nicholasville Town Center was the perfect venue for the rehearsal dinner of our son and his bride. Spacious yet warm and cozy, the facility met all of our needs. We then retired to beautifully set tables for dessert and coffee. We rented the first floor for a gathering of about 40. The kitchen and prep space was very helpful. When guests arrived, many commented on the beautiful space. It is not only beautiful but spacious and clean, and the rare was very reasonable. Great space!

This venue is awesome for I would say any event, ours was a surprise party with 75-100 guests. We had more than enough room and was not crowded at all!! The price is awesome and if I ever need somewhere again I will definitely be giving them a call!! Thank you for your venue!!

Love using the 2nd story!!! A great place to rent that has a full kitchen, provides tables and chairs, has cleaning supplies plus very comfortable couches and chairs. Huge space we have used for a wedding and a baby shower and most recently a graduation party!!
